    Friendly service at this location! My wife always has particular orders at restaurants, asking for less of one thing or more of another. No problem here! Friday night the young man serving us gladly accommodated my wife's order, she said it was done to perfection! Will definitely go back

    I always come here with my little daughter for ice cream, and this time for her birthday we got a vainilla ice cream cake that she really wanted. Carlo was great with his customer service and he helped me out choose the style, color, size etc for the cake. Everything was ready on time, and everything looked and tasted delicious.

    Ordered a cake from DQ for my mom’s birthday with a photo of my parents on it. The team did a great job adjusting the picture to make it look perfect on the cake. Not only did the cake look great, but it tasted really good too. They also saved me money by resizing the photo so I didn’t have to go for a larger, more expensive cake. The customer service at this location was excellent and they kept me informed at every step and made sure I was happy with everything. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and I’ll definitely be reaching out to them again for future orders. Highly recommend!

    Ordered a custom cake online with a printable image and this was the only location that had that service. An employee contacted me next day to confirm the order and make sure they understood what I was looking for. Cake was ready on time for pickup and it was absolutely perfect - and probably the best made ice cream cake we have ever had. I even took a peak at the other cakes they had available in their freezer and they were amazing! Not just generic designs. On top of the quality, the customer service was super friendly and accommodating. This isn’t the closest location to me being 20mins away, but I would definitely consider going out of my way to purchase a cake from here again.

    Highly recommend this Dairy Queen location for its excellent customer service and quality custom birthday cakes! From the moment we ordered with William (I think that was his name) to the actual baker making it, Carlo, it was everything our daughter wanted for her sweet 16! Ice cream cake was exactly what we expected and made exactly to our specifications (we designed a name on Canva and DQ printed it on edible paper)! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back to this location (the Keele street location was unable to answer questions in English on the phone when we called with inquiries). Thanks Carlo and everyone at the Tower Hill location for providing excellent customer service!

    I would give a five stars for the service they have offered above and beyond! I placed a customized order online but only at the time of pick up realized that the picture did not get uploaded . Carlo did a rush order for me and had arranged an early pick up next day prior to the store opens for business! My little one was so happy with the way how his ice cream cake looks, and he certainly had a wonderful and unforgettable Birthday! Big Thanks to DQ @ 380 Tower Hill Rd, Richmond Hill
